There are four stages of team development summarized in this module (Forming, Storming, Norming, and Performing). Most of the teams this term are made up of 5 students each. How will the team assign duties amongst members in this scenario?

Working together, the team is to write a summary of each team development stage, its importance, and give an example of a sports team or organization that has successfully transitioned through each of the four stages. Then, the team’s response inclusive of the four stages of team development should be submitted as one document the team assembles. The one submission should be posted by one student on the team to the Exercise Assignment in Module 5.
